More than 1,400 equipment rebates have been provided to Maine heating oil customers since 2017. These homeowners were able to receive up to $500 in rebates when they installed new high-efficiency heating oil systems or new heating oil storage tanks.
While available funding for 2023 has been exhausted, we expect that additional rebate funds will be available in 2024. Check back in March or April for updates!
Thanks to the recently passed Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Mainers can also secure a $600 federal tax credit when they upgrade to a new high-efficiency heating oil system. Contact your dealer for details!
